Baseline Expectations for Committee Members
These apply to every committee, regardless of focus.
General Commitment
- Term: 12 months (renewable annually)
- Meeting cadence:
- 1 monthly committee meeting (60 minutes)
- Average time commitment: 2–4 hours per month
- Attendance expectation:
- Attend at least 9 of 12 meetings annually
- Preparation:
- Review materials or updates prior to meetings when applicable
- Participation:
- Actively contribute ideas, feedback, and execution support
- Ambassadorship:
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Women of Hudson within your store or region
Communication Committee
Ensure consistent, inspiring communication across all platforms (Teams community, social media, newsletters, event announcements, website, YouTube).

Conference Committee
Plan and execute annual conferences in Spartanburg & Nashville.

Growth Group Committee
Oversee growth groups, leader support, curriculum rollout, and accountability.
Lead: Meghan Moeller
Professional Mentorship Committee
Build and maintain the Women in Automotive mentorship program—structure, matching, curriculum, communication, and evaluation.

WOH Area Leaders
The Women of Hudson Area Leader serves as the local face and connector for Women of Hudson within a defined geographic area. This role exists to ensure women feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the Women of Hudson community—particularly during their early days with the organization.
