Women of Hudson Leadership

Sabrina Allen

Growth Group Leader & Co-leader Communication Committee

When it comes to communication and growth, Sabrina Allen is a shining example of both.

Sabrina serves as an HR Coordinator at Lexus of Dayton, where her passion for continuous improvement and excellence is evident every day. She recently celebrated a major professional milestone—earning her SHRM certification—demonstrating her commitment to learning and leadership.

Beyond her role at the store, Sabrina plays a critical part in Women of Hudson as the co-head of our Communications Committee. She helps lead the charge on everything from email and GroupMe messages to website content, social media engagement, and overall communication strategy. Her work ensures our message is clear, timely, and impactful—and she helps drive the total engagement that makes our community so strong.

But Sabrina doesn’t stop at communication. She is also a Growth Group leader, consistently encouraging and challenging other women to pursue their own personal and professional growth journeys.

Sabrina, thank you for your drive, your heart for others, and your dedication to excellence. Your work inspires and uplifts those around you, and we are so grateful for your leadership.

Emma Brown

Co-leader Communication Committee

Emma Brown is a powerhouse of positivity, creativity, and connection.

As co-head of the Women of Hudson Communications Committee, Emma is the driving force behind our social media presence, helping us amplify our mission and share our stories in a way that’s engaging, inspiring, and authentic. Her thoughtful content and eye for connection have been instrumental in helping our message reach more women and encourage deeper participation.

In her day-to-day role, Emma serves as marketing support for Spartanburg Toyota and also supports the wider Spartanburg market, playing a key role in bringing energy and visibility to our brand.

Emma has been involved with Women of Hudson from the early days, and her passion for the mission continues to shine. She has a natural gift for bringing others in, encouraging participation, and making everyone feel like they belong.

Emma, thank you for your creativity, consistency, and heart. You are a huge part of what makes Women of Hudson so.

Meghan Moeller

Growth Group Leader & Leader Growth Group Committee

At Hudson, we believe in recognizing the people who quietly lead with excellence, service, and heart—and Meghan Moeller is one of those people.

Meghan plays a pivotal role on our Internal Audit team, where her focus is always on adding value to our stores. With a keen eye for process improvement and a servant’s heart, she helps refine operations in a way that supports both efficiency and culture.

But Meghan’s leadership doesn’t stop there.

She brings that same dedication to Women of Hudson, where she serves as the head of our Growth Groups Committee. In this role, Meghan manages all the behind-the-scenes efforts that make Growth Groups possible—from organizing registrations and assigning participants to groups, to coordinating with group leaders, collecting feedback, and ensuring materials are prepped and shipped on time. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail are a huge part of why this program continues to grow and thrive.

In addition to leading the committee, Meghan also steps into the circle herself as a Growth Group leader, pouring into others with wisdom, humility, and care.

Meghan, thank you for the impact you’re making both operationally and personally. Your leadership, consistency, and service are deeply appreciated.

You embody what Women of Hudson—and Hudson as a whole—is all about.

Kandyce McClary

Leader Conference Committee

When it comes to planning, executing, and bringing the vision of Women of Hudson to life—Kandyce McClary is the heartbeat behind it all.

As the head of our Conference Committee, Kandyce leads the charge in orchestrating our most anticipated annual event—our Women of Hudson Conference. She not only brings strategy and structure to the planning process, but also infuses every detail with purpose and heart, ensuring the event is a true reflection of our mission to connect, empower, and grow.

Now, under her leadership, the Conference Committee is also rolling out our new WOH Networking Luncheons, expanding opportunities for women to connect and engage across locations throughout the year.

But Kandyce’s impact doesn’t stop there. She’s deeply involved in every aspect of Women of Hudson—offering her insight, support, and encouragement wherever it’s needed. Her presence, passion, and steadiness elevate everything we do.

By day, Kandyce serves as the HR Coordinator for our corporate office, where she’s been an integral part of Hudson for 7 years. Around the office, she’s known as the one who keeps everything (and everyone) moving—and truly is the backbone of the team.

Kandyce, thank you for your servant leadership, your tireless commitment, and the joy you bring to everything you touch. You are the heart of this work—and we’re better because of you.

Tashieka Mervin

Growth Group Leader

Some leaders quietly build legacies—brick by brick, decision by decision, year after year. Tashieka Mervin is one of those leaders.

As the Payroll Director for Hudson Automotive Group, Tashieka has played a vital role in building systems that protect the company and serve its people. Since joining the group in 2015, she has consistently brought excellence and thoughtfulness to everything she touches. In 2019, she embraced a major challenge: to create and lead a centralized payroll function that would streamline operations and better support the growing needs of the organization. Today, that department stands as a testament to her vision and commitment.

Over the past decade, Tashieka has also dedicated herself to personal and professional growth as a leader. This year, she took another step forward—sharing her journey with others by leading one of our Leading with Influence Growth Groups for Women of Hudson. Her perspective, experience, and steady presence provide valuable guidance to the women she mentors.

When she’s not leading at work, Tashieka’s heart belongs to her family—especially her three beautiful grandchildren, who bring her joy and motivation every day.

Tashieka, thank you for the example you set—for your strength, your consistency, and your willingness to invest in the next generation of women leaders. We are so honored to have you as part of Women of Hudson.

Megan Mallia

Growth Group Leader

Strong leadership doesn’t just happen in the spotlight—it’s often cultivated in the everyday moments where growth, support, and purpose come together. Megan Mallia is a shining example of that kind of leadership.

As the Internet Manager at Spartanburg Honda, Megan leads with excellence and consistency. But her impact goes far beyond her title. She plays an active role in supporting and leading training initiatives across the store and is a key contributor to several leadership development efforts within the Spartanburg team. Her presence brings both structure and inspiration to those around her.

Megan has been a part of Women of Hudson since the early days, and her support for other women has never wavered. She lives out the mission by not only showing up—but by leading from within. Megan currently leads the Leading with Influence Growth Group, guiding women through meaningful conversations and intentional growth as leaders, professionals, and people.

Outside of work, Megan leads with love and strength in her home as well, raising a beautiful family while continuing to pour into others.

Megan, thank you for your unwavering support, your dedication to growth, and the way you lead by example in every area of life. Women of Hudson is better because of you.

Alissa Burgo

Growth Group Leader

Every great initiative needs someone behind the scenes who sees what’s needed and steps up without hesitation. For Women of Hudson, Alissa Burgo is that someone—again and again.

Alissa currently serves as Hudson’s Retention Specialist—a role that didn’t even exist until she earned it by excelling in her previous position in the BDC. Her initiative, intelligence, and strategic thinking helped shape a new path forward, and now she plays a key role in keeping our team members connected, supported, and growing.

Alissa may very well be the smartest and sweetest person we know—a rare blend of brilliance and heart that shows up in everything she does. She is a Growth Group Leader, walking alongside women in our Growing with Intention journey, and also a dedicated member of the Communications Committee, helping us shape and share our message across the organization.

Whether it’s supporting an event, helping coordinate logistics, or simply encouraging someone new to get involved, Alissa is always the first to speak up, show up, and lift others up. Her consistent presence and generous spirit make her an invaluable part of Women of Hudson.

Alissa, thank you for your kindness, your leadership, and the way you lead with both heart and excellence. You make us better every day.
