Professional Mentorship Committee

Lead: Alissa Burgo
Purpose: Build and maintain the Women in Hudson mentorship program—structure, matching, curriculum, communication, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mentor/mentee onboarding and expectations
  • Create conversation guides, monthly touchpoint themes, and tracking
  • Manage application process and matching
  • Provide ongoing support and conflict resolution
  • Collect data and evaluate program success (retention, engagement, growth)
  • Collaborate with Growth Group Committee for shared content or cross-support
