Purpose: Build and maintain the Women in Hudson mentorship program—structure, matching, curriculum, communication, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mentor/mentee onboarding and expectations
- Create conversation guides, monthly touchpoint themes, and tracking
- Manage application process and matching
- Provide ongoing support and conflict resolution
- Collect data and evaluate program success (retention, engagement, growth)
- Collaborate with Growth Group Committee for shared content or cross-support
