Purpose: Oversee growth groups, leader support, curriculum rollout, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leader onboarding and training
Meeting templates, session outlines, workbook distribution
Attendance / engagement tracking
Reporting trends and feedback
Recruiting and preparing future growth group leaders
Ensuring alignment with WOH mission and leadership values
