General Commitment
- Term: 12 months (renewable annually)
- Meeting cadence:
- 1 monthly committee meeting (60 minutes)
- Average time commitment: 2–4 hours per month
- Attendance expectation:
- Attend at least 9 of 12 meetings annually
- Preparation:
- Review materials or updates prior to meetings when applicable
- Participation:
- Actively contribute ideas, feedback, and execution support
- Ambassadorship:
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Women of Hudson within your store or region
ROLE PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY
Committee members may:
- Step into committee leadership
- Become Area Leaders
- Transition into Growth Group Leaders
- Participate in conference speaking or facilitation
Committee service is a leadership development pathway, not just volunteerism.
