WOH Growth Groups
Women of Hudson

What are Growth Groups?

Women of Hudson believes that personal growth ALWAYS leads to professional growth—and we’re here to walk that journey with you.

Growth Groups are small, intentional communities of women across the Hudson organization who meet virtually to focus on either personal development or leadership growth. Led by Women of Hudson growth group leaders, these groups provide a space to connect, reflect, and grow together through guided workbooks and group discussions.

📚 Two Paths to Choose From:

Growing With Intention

This group is designed for personal growth and self-discovery. Through interactive workbook sessions and conversation, you’ll explore topics like purpose, priorities, confidence, relationships, and more.

Leading With Influence

This track is for women looking to grow their leadership skills—from leading themselves, to leading others, and influencing from any position. Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to sharpen your skills, this group will challenge and support you.

💬 How It Works:

  • Groups meet virtually for about 1 hour per week
  • Sessions run for 8–10 weeks, depending on the group
  • Each group is led by a trained Women of Hudson growth group leader
  • Materials are provided—including digital and physical workbooks
  • You’ll be matched with a group that fits your schedule and goals

💡 Why Join?
